13427 NE Spring Blvd

March 4, 2022: TMO Heritage Lab. The project proposes to install an elevated steel dunnage structure on the southeast side of the building. The dunnage structure will support new condenser units, and the structure footings will be located in a row of existing parking stalls. A stair set is also proposed for access to the elevated portion of the structure, which will impact two parking stalls.

A new 1500kVA transformer is proposed in the location of the existing transformer. Coordination with PSE has been completed to confirm that the existing transformer pad/vault is able to support the proposed 1500kVA transformer. As the dunnage structure footings are in the vicinity of existing communications/gas/power service to the building, a new joint utility trench per PSE standards is proposed to reroute these utilities around the footings and to the transformer/building. An existing roof drain tight line is proposed to be rerouted to accommodate these utilities.

An interior tenant improvement is also proposed, and design documents for those improvements have been included with this application submittal.

June 15, 2022: Completed.
