2220 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE

March 16, 2022: 2220 W LK SAMM PKWY SE Gas Service Install. Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is requesting a Shoreline Exemption for a gas service connection at a private, single-family residence located at 2220 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE and located within 200' of Lake Sammamish. PSE proposes to connect to the existing 4" gas main in West Lake Sammamish Pkwy and install a 1-1/8" gas service line from West Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE to the existing residence at 2220 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE. To tie into the existing 4" gas main located in the paved right-of-way of W Lk Sammamish Pkwy SE, one 3'x5' cut will be made in the asphalt. A small surface cut will be made at the location of the gas meter install on the NW corner of the residence. The proposed project will result in approximately 10 cubic yards of excavation and 10 cubic yards of fill at the location of the tie in and gas meter, for a total of 20 cy cut/fill. The site will be restored to pre-project conditions once construction is complete. Best Management Practices and Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control measures will be utilized to ensure no sediment laden runoff will enter the waterway of Lake Sammamish.
