March 22, 2022: Toubou Za, LLC dock replacement. Replace existing non-conforming dock with conforming dock on Lake Washington. Replacement dock to be ACZA treated fir - stringers to be 4" x 8", joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Replacement piles (14) to be 6" diameter galvanized steel. Replacement decking to be ThruFlow grated panels. Three 8" diameter moorage piles to be installed as shown on attached plans. Existing over water coverage to be increased from 164 to 480 SF.

April 20, 2023: Permits issued.
