March 22, 2022: Woodlands At Bellevue. This proposal is for a new parking structure in the property formerly known as the Boeing Eastgate Campus. The campus is being improved and upgraded as described in the attached General Project Description prepared by the developer for initial discussions with the City of Bellevue under 22 101383 DC. The primary architect for the campus is CollinsWoerman. Lance Mueller & Associates is the architect for the parking garage only, the subject project for this pre-application conference. 
The proposed open parking garage structure is a 4 story/5 tier structure that will park approximately 800 to 850 cars which are needed to provide required parking for the 6 existing office buildings on the site. The total parking area of the proposed building will be approximately 250,000sf to 260,000sf. A new underground storm water vault may be partially under the parking garage.
