4515 164th Ave SE

March 25, 2022: NH11 Lakemont. Installation of a wireless communications facility on an existing PSE wood utility pole (pole #220872/168229). PSE required Crown Castle to remove and relocate the existing facility to the newly placed pole across the street along 164th Ave SE. PSE performed utility upgrades on the previous location which rendered the site incompatible with the pole. PSE has performed the new pole placement at the new location.
