March 31, 2022: Driveway rockery for emergency vehicles. The project will consist of constructing a new rockery with a portion that extends into the City right-of-way, and a portion on our properties (17473 and 17393 SE Cougar Mountain Dr) which is currently a sloping
landscape area. This, to support expanding the driveway into 17393 SE to allow emergency vehicle access to the property. The planned rockery will range in height from 4 to 8 feet. We have had discussions with the City regarding the feasibility under pre-development services (App ID: 1037525).
