April 21, 2022: Alexandria Center for Science and Technolgy - Bell. This Preapplication submittal preceeds a future submittal of a sitewide MDP amendment and an ADR for Phase 2 and 3 of this project. The 12th Street Development features three new Life Science Research Office towers, two residential buildings and will include retail uses and parking. The project is located west of 120th Avenue NE between NE Spring Boulevard and NE 12th Street in Bellevue WA.
