June 24, 2022: Alexan Eastgate (TCR Lot 10). The Site has been evaluated on several occasions since 2016. Most of our early investigative work was concentrated in the southern part of the Site where the proposed development will occur. Our recent site evaluations occurred on 19 and 24 January 2022 at which time we more formally reviewed the existing environmental conditions of the Site. The purpose of this work was to locate and delineate any critical areas on or adjacent to the Site that may affect the development potential of the southern portion. One wetland (Wetland A) and one stream (Stream 1) were identified on the Site. However, both the wetland and the stream exist on the northern portion of the property outside of the Development Area. Small, isolated areas of ponded water were identified in the terraced grass area within the Development Area. These ponded areas were concentrated in what appeared to be wheel ruts resulting from equipment used in geotechnical explorations, and potentially as a result of the construction which took place throughout the 1990s.
