July 1, 2022: Rockery Restoration. The work includes building a new rockery with improved drainage to replace a failing rockery that obstructed access to the existing garage. The rockery would expand to provide a turn-around to safely access the steep driveway to the residential street. Native plants would be installed by hand where land is disturbed and across the entire slope which is currently vegetated predominantly with blackberry.
Feb. 2, 2023: Permits issued.
