AMITY COURT | 14400 BEL-RED RD. AMITY COURT IS A NEW MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING LOCATED IN THE CITY OF BELLEVUE BR-CR. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES THE DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING TWO-STORY BUILDING. THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS AN EIGHT-STORY FIRE PROTECTED BUILDING OF TYPE IV-C CONSTRUCTION. IN ADDITION, PROJECT INCLUDES 3 LEVELS OF TYPE I-A CONSTRUCTION FOR BELOW GRADE PARKING. THERE ARE 201 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND COMMON ACCESSORY RESIDENTIAL AMENITIES. A TOTAL OF 203 PARKING STALLS ARE PROVIDED GRADE LEVELS AND ACCESSED FROM NE BEL-RED RD.
TO ACHIEVE THE MAXIMUM FAR 2.0, THE PROJECT WILL BE USING TIER 1A-AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND TIER 1B-PARKS & STREAMS PER BMC20.25D.090 FAR AMENITY INCENTIVE SYSTEM.
THE SITING OF THE BUILDING TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE SURROUNDING VIEWS. SPACIOUS PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IS PROVIDED ALONG BEL-RED ROAD, INCLUDING A PEDESTRIAN PATH. IN ADDITION, AN EXTERIOR ENTRY PLAZA WILL CONNECT THE PROJECT TO THE MAIN 2-STORY HIGH LOBBY AND THE COURTYARD BEYOND.
THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE A VARIETY OF INDOOR AND OUTDOOR AMENITIES, INCLUDING A TERRACE ON THE 8TH FLOOR TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE VIEWS.
