260 148th Ave SE
July 22, 2022: COBT - 120 Ave NE - NE 16 St to Northup Way - Rdwy Imprv. This project will widen 120th Ave NE between NE 16th St and Northup Way to include a center lane. The two southbound through lanes will be extended from the southern project termini to NE 18th St. The project will also add new bicycle lanes and sidewalks on both sides of 120th Ave NE, and realign and improve an existing culvert with a new fish and wildlife passable structure. The project is proposing to mitigate wetland impacts from the 120th Ave NE project site at Lake Hills Greenbelt area on the east side of 148th Ave SE just north of Larsen Lake.
