Aug. 2, 2022: Overlake Urgent Care. The proposed Overlake Urgent Care project proposes a tenant improvement which includes a primary care clinical space and outpatient urgent care clinical space, located at 10223 NE 10th Street in Bellevue, Washington. The clinical spaces will include entry vestibule, waiting and reception, exam rooms, consult rooms, Xray, medical assistant/provider workspaces, staff offices, patient toilets, staff toilet, storage and soiled, breakroom and staff support space. Replacement of select storefront windows and doors to support function of interior. A new sprinkler system will be installed. Minor structural work to include soffit supports, large exam lights attached to ceiling and Xray wall supports. Total area of tenant improvement is 8,636 SF.
