10349 NE 10th St - Unit site

Aug. 2, 2022: SESEA00240B. DISH Wireless intends to install 5G antennas and equipment to the rooftop of the Avalon Towers Bellevue building at 10349 NE 10th St, Bellevue WA. The installation will be for 6 panel antennas and 12 remote radio units in three units, with an over voltage protection device per unit. An equipment cabinet with power and telecommunications conduit, a GPS unit, Safety Switch, Fiber NID, Meter Socket, and NEMA 3 Telco-Fiber Box will be installed on a raised steel platform, with cables and other equipment to connect them all. Construction should be limited to the roof of the building. The antennas are in three units and will be screened by FRP screens and will be matched to the existing building. The top of the screen will be 150ft 7in above ground level, and 7ft 4in above the existing building parapet. The alpha unit will be aligned to azimuth 0 degrees and contain two antennas, the beta unit to azimuth 140 degrees and contain two antennas, and the gamma unit to azimuth 280 degrees and contain two antennas.
