10495 NE 4th St

Aug. 2, 2022: SESEA00492A. DISH Wireless intends to install antennas and equipment to the rooftop of the building at 10495 NE 4th St, Bellevue, WA. The installation will be for 6 panel antennas and 12 remote radio units in 3 sites, with a over voltage protection device at each site. An equipment cabinet with power and telecommunications conduit, a GPS unit, Safety Switch, Fiber NID, Meter Socket, and NEMA 3 Telco-Fiber box will be installed on metal platform with an h frame, with cables and other equipment to connect them to the antennas and radios. Construction should be limited to the roof of the building. The antennas are in three units and will be screened with FRP screen that will be matched to the existing building. The top of the screen will be 66ft 4in above ground level, 9ft 4in above the existing building parapet. The alpha unit will be aligned to azimuth 30 degrees and have two antennas, the beta unit to azimuth 120 degrees and also have two antennas, and the gamma unit to azimuth 300 degrees and will have two antennas.
