The Marketplace at Factoria New Street. Following the Factoria Town Square Design Guidelines, Factoria Subarea Plan and approved MDP Modification Plan, the proposed development plan cuts through a private road on 40th Place to create a better circulation framework for The Marketplace at Factoria. Site design for the new Main Street follows regional influence and connection to the Northwest geology and character. This application includes a public plaza, retail pads, street improvements, active street frontage, landscaping, and other public amenities to enhance the pedestrian experience for The Marketplace at Factoria. The goal is to create a sense of place and bring the community together to a central point where people can gather, stay, and share their experiences. This Pre-Application Package Design Review for New Street is required per Conditions of Approval for 2019 MDP: 18-105710-LP (Phase 7) and 2021 LUX: 21-110010-LJ (Phase 3)., 18-105710-LP
