Aug. 8, 2022: Dennis & Trina Bortko - Pile Splices & New. The proposed project is on a single-family residence lot with a house and personal-use pier on Lake Sammamish. The proposed project is to repair the existing pier. Seven (7) existing pier piles are proposed to be repaired using the pile splice method as indicated on the plan set. Two (2) steel pin piles to be sleeved. Decking to be replaced with 385 s/f Sun Walk grating.
