Aug. 26, 2022: Hi Lan Apartments. I am the property manager for Hi Lan Apartments, 12628 Northup Way, Bellevue, WA 98005. We have a dumpster currently located on the side of the road on NE 21st Pl directly above our property. I have been working with Betty Cruz, Code Compliance Officer, City of Bellevue, on relocating the dumpster to an accessible location on our property. It sounds like the next step is to submit a DC Application (pre-development services permit). Attached is a map of our property with a call out for where the dumpster is currently and where we would like it to go, for your reference.
