Oct. 3, 2022: COBU - HV-2 Reservoir & Pump Station Replacement. The Horizon View #2 Reservoir and Pump Station Replacement project will replace the undersized and aging 0.15 million gallon (MG) and associated booster pump station. The proposed improvements include a 1,665 SF pump station, 0.4 million gallon prestressed concrete reservoir, associated piping, stormwater, and site improvements, and offsite sanitary sewer connection and water main replacement. The project is needed to replace mechanical and electrical equipment that have reached the end of their useful service life, replace the aging and undersized reservoir, and to ensure that both the reservoir and pump station can provide a reliable supply of water and maintain at least the minimal level of functionality following a seismic event., 22 101581 LI
