Oct. 18, 2022: Mathur Dock Repair Maintenance. Replace worn elements on existing residential dock on Lake Sammamish. Dock framing to be replaced with ACZA treated fir - stringers to be 4" x 8", joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Piles to be sleeved with HDPE tubes as shown on attached plans. Float to be replaced if/as needed with vinyl encased tubs. All work to be done in existing dock footprint.
