Nov. 10, 2022: COBP - Newcastle Park Rock Bulkhead Maintenance. This project involves repair of the existing, shoreline stabilization, rock bulkhead, located at the NW corner of Newcastle Park. The maintenance area will consist of less than 75% of the total structure. Additional one man, washed, Basalt rocks will be keyed in to the existing structure to support it''s integrity and prevent deterioration. This work will be performed by internal City Parks staff and will not involve any machinery or heavy equipment.
