Nov. 14, 2022: 222 112th Ave NE (Kanon). The project is proposing two towers each atop a shared podium with 4 levels of below grade parking to support the various uses. At the ground plane, an expansive outdoor plaza will connect the towers to the streetscape. The overall height is planned to reach the maximum allowable and the total area is planned to meet the allowable 5.0. Retail program is planned at each towers ground plane to activate the outdoor plaza. The remaining area above
grade will be classified as commercial office.
