Nov. 22, 2022: St. Louise School and Church Additions. Scope includes an addition to the existing school to provide additional Pre-K classrooms, student services offices, a music room, additional meeting/office spaces, and a new Parish Hall. A new Narthex addition is proposed for the church, along with minor interior renovations including a new baptismal font, cry room, library, and bridal suite. Site work includes demolition of (3) existing classroom wings and adjacent hardscape, expanding the existing parking lot, providing an interstitial plaza between the Parish Hall and Narthex addition, and providing additional landscaping along 156th Ave SE.
