Dec. 15, 2022: The Marketplace Apartments at Factoria. This proposed mixed-use project is at the northwest corner of the Factoria I zone in the city of Bellevue. The proposal is for a five-story building which will replace a surface level parking lot, activating the pedestrian realm with ground related retail and housing. Structured parking will be provided, within the building for residents.
The proposed project is organized around a central courtyard with a north/south pedestrian connection. This layout establishes a sense of place for the residents while linking the mall to the public street. This project is adjacent to a regional bike path. A bike room adjacent to the bike path, lounge, business center and other indoor and outdoor amenities will provide respite and social interaction for the residents., 18-107595-LD
