Jan. 19, 2023: I405 Corporate Center Water Supply Modifications. We are converting some of our office space to medical space. As a result, we are adding tenants with a much larger water need than the building previously had. Based on calculations provided, we were near capacity of our existing 2" service prior to the addition of new tenants. We would like to upgrade the existing service to a 3" line to accomodate new tenants and future tenants.
