Jan. 23, 2023: driveway. There is an existing gravel driveway on this property for the past 40 years. The house (17314 se 42nd pl) is land locked and we want to pave this gravel driveway. The driveway will be 16 feet wide on lot xx270 and 20 feet wide on lot xx260 terminating at existing garage. The total square footage of entire asphalt driveway will be about 4000 square feet. We own both the parcels. We need guidance on what is required for the permit.
