March 27, 2023: 1215 120th Avenue NE - Building A. This project consists of the demolition of an existing 2 story office park building with surface parking lot. On this site will be constructed is a 7 story, 116 unit multifamily building. The building with 170,240 sf of gross area is 74''-3" high above average finish grade. The construction type is 5 Stories of Type 3A construction over 2 stories of type 1A construction. A partially subgrade floor (Level 1) contains 89 parking stalls. Adjacent uses of leasing and common recreation area for the residents occur on Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Sidewalk ROW upgrades on 120th Avenue NE and NE 12th Street. There is a large open courtyard to the south of the building to be designed as exterior common amenity space. The design of the Bel Red Southern Gateway occurs as part of this project and is located at the corner of NE 12th Avenue and 120th Avenue NE.
