April 11, 2023: T-Mobile SE03940A Temporary WCF. Temporary, 6 month installation of a truck mounted wireless communication facility to compensate for a site outage at 12833 Newcastle Way caused by the PSE Eastside Energize project. Replacement of the existing transmission tower will result in wireless service degradation for voice, data, and E911 services in both Newcastle and Bellevue if a temporary installation is not permitted by the City of Bellevue.
