April 13, 2023: Sub Plat for 11324 SE 60th Street, Bellevue. The site currently contains a single-family residence near the center of the parcel along with a shed in the northwest portion of the parcel. The majority of the parcel is covered with grass, low weeds and a few matured trees. The site generally slopes down to the west with an overall vertical relief of about 12 feet over a distance of about 90 feet. We plan to construct two- to three-story, wood-framed buildings with the main floor levels framed over a crawl space and slab-on-grade garage floors. Attached garage floors will be constructed at grade. The site is not adjacent to any shoreline and does not have any critical areas. No wetlands are shown on any map. The site does not display any characteristics of a Landslide Hazard Areas.
