1042 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE
May 8, 2023:
Dejbod Landscape. Remove existing invasive and noxious weeds - approx. 590sf+/- and install 22 native shoreline shrubs where plants are removed. Per 20.25H.055 C3.i: The removal noxious weeds and invasive vegetation is allowed without requiring a critical areas land use permit. This work is normal maintenance and repair and is allowed with a shoreline exemption permit.
Also, at the existing runoff path (approx. 150sf+/-) established prior to May 21, 2018, install additional random ledgestone and round river rock to make the runoff pathway more attractive as a water feature and help with erosion. No in-water work is proposed for the project. This work qualifies as a shoreline exemption as it is maintenance and repair of an existing structure (landscape feature which includes rockeries/pathways)., 22-129671-EA
