May 12, 2023: Landscape Restoration. Proposed development is associated with Violation Notice 22-101150_EA. The purpose is to mitigate existing hazards and repair the disturbance to the steep slope which occurred without a permit. The geotechnical report recommends removing the block wall. The proposed action includes a request to remove the block wall under special permit to mitigate existing hazards. Once removed, a combination of fill and vegetation management are proposed to restore the slope to prior conditions. No new impervious surface or structures are proposed. Long term maintenance and monitoring are proposed per City of Bellevue requirements., 22-101150-ea
