The Bellevue. The subject project concerns the redevelopment of an existing site parcel located in downtown
Bellevue at the northwest corner of Bellevue Way NE and NE 4th Street, zoned DT-MU. The
site is currently occupied by surface parking and a two-story parking garage totaling
approximately 500 stalls. The proposed project is to redevelop the site for mixed retail,
residential, hotel and spa uses with underground parking.
