KGIP Wilburton Phase 0. KG Investment Properties (KGIP) has assembled a 6.63-acre site comprised of (3) adjoining parcels in the Wilburton neighborhood of Bellevue, WA.
Ahead of the construction of Phase 1 of a Master Plan, KGIP is seeking to renovate the existing Cadillac Building, which is located on the northern-most parcel of the Master Plan, with the objective of renovating the existing building with new program and uses, minor exterior wall modifications, and site improvements.
Some of the proposed new program and uses currently under consideration are listed below:
Food Hall (approx. 8500 SF)
Restrooms (approx. 800 SF)
Bar (approx. 4500 SF)
Prep Kitchen (approx. 1500 SF)
Family-Oriented Outdoor Space with Seating, Play Area, Art, Food Truck Service connecting to the future EasTrail
