Aug. 25, 2023: Hilltop Single family home. We are rebooting a project that was approved for building by King County in May 2012 but due to unforeseen circumstances we unable to build. Now, after having the necessary reports redone we are ready to begin the process again of permitting again but through Bellevue.
Our project consists of a modest home that incorporates the mid-century design ideas of the Hilltop Community, but with a distinctly modern touch (our plans were accepted by the community site plan committee). The home will consist of a main floor of 1860sf and a daylight basement of 800sf. Floor to ceiling windows open the main living space to the views of south Lake Washington and on to the southern end of the Olympic Mountains and also looks out to our own lovely wetland on the south side of the home., 20 121859 DC
