Aug. 30, 2023: Chick fil A. Chick fil A, Inc. proposes a Tenant Improvement of the building to convert to a functional In-Line Restaurant with 136 interior seats and no exterior dining. The site is currently occupied by an 8,000 sf Thrift Store with 2,500 sf of upstairs mezzanine. Chick fil A proposes to remodel the existing building. No drive-thru is proposed and all existing parking is to remain.
