The property (a single-family on a R-10 zone), which has been approved by Land Use to be a "Rooming House" where transient lodging (or short-term) is an allowable use, is proposing 4 (four) rooms for rental and 4 (four) legal on-site parking spaces. All rooms offered for rent have been legally established bedrooms, under Building Permit #23_109769_BU. Other related Permits include: 23_109770_BN, 23_109774_BF and 23_110124_BK.
The owner, also landlord, will be identified as the party responsible and accountable for compliance with the provisions listed under the Applicable Land Use Code requirements for Rooming Houses in LUC 20.20.700. The owner/landlord, will also be the "person responsible for the violation" in any civil violations proceedings under the terms of Chapter 1.18 BCC for failure to comply with this Section.
Our rooming house as a transient lodging will comply with City of Bellevue noise and nuisance laws and health and safety codes, and with all other applicable City and State codes and regulations.
