Sept. 27, 2023: Bellevue Grand Connection: I-405 Crossing. The project will provide an active transportation facility between 110th Avenue NE and Eastrail Corridor (118th Avenue NE) on the south side of NE 6th Street, and structures spanning 112th Avenue NE, Interstate-405, and 116th Avenue NE. The active transportation facility will include sidewalks, bicycle lanes, amenity spaces, stormwater drainage flow control, water quality facilities, and urban design features such as railing, benches, pavement treatment, artwork, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, channelization, and signage. The project may also realign and improve the existing Sturtevant Creek with a new fish-passable structure.
