Oct. 6, 2023: Cheng Garage. This project proposes the rebuilding of an existing detached garage at the West of of the project site. The existing driveway is too steep to use in its current condition. We would like to raise the level of the existing garage. We would also like to raise the elevation of the existing roof to within the height limit; including the areas that is currently non-conforming within the side yard setback to the north.

This project would require:

1. New Footings at West Property Line (W Lake Sammamish Pkwy NE) to support one side of "bridge" to rebuilt garage.

2. New car decking "Bridge" to garage.

3. Rebuild existing garage at higher elevation as existing elevation of garage creates an excessively steep driveway slope. No new ground disturbance under garage, if existing footing prove sufficient for new garage per structural engineering.
