Woodbridge Bell 12202. Evaluating from the Bellevue GIS map, there is a small portion of steep slope on the North West corner, on the adjacent parcel of this subject parcel. The estimated area is 1,000 sf.
On the Southern part of the subject parcel, there is also a small strip of steep slope accounting for 383 sf.
This project/development calls for 3 components:
1) extension of the existing main house by extending northwards towards the rear yard; enclosing the basement deck and level 1 deck to make it a conditioned space and adding a level atop of level 1's footprint.
2) Adding an ADU on the east of the existing house; adding 2-car porch.
3) Qualifying the main house to become a children home care for not more than 5-persons.
This pre-development service application seek for the following clarification
a) Would the off-site steep slope on north-western of the site constraints development at the near proximity? Ideally, the extension of the main is towards the rear yard, means in close proximity to the slope.
b) Part of the southern steep slope will be cut and retained to create new on-site turnaround. Will that be an issue from land use point of view? the Area of this slope is small.
c) A 2-level ADU of 1,100 sf is designed with a separate entrance, the design is exploring the idea of using courtyard or ent
