Nov. 29, 2023: 530 112th. Please provide progressive feedback to help applicant determine permissibility and feasibility of reactivating allowed restaurant use in an existing purpose built structure. This is a proposed interim use to allow active use of a structure in downtown core close to transit corridor. Applicant has been told the previous use ceased when Sound Transit began active construction on adjunct parcel. Property owner intends major redevelopment in future (Bellevue Straits) as such potential tenant and property owner seek to make minimal changes to the existing floor plan, systems, and site. This review is requested with property owner authorization and is intended to identify any major/costly requirements or obstacles to use.
