Dec. 20, 2023: EXTENET - 10201 NE 4TH ST - Downtown Park Nodes. The City of Bellevue has requested Extenet to submit a Predevelopment Services application in order to have the parks Department review three (3) proposed SWF locations adjacent to Downtown Bellevue park. Two locations (asset # 311300 & 311306) have been found to be located inside the Right-of-Way, however the City has requested to have these locations reviewed in the event that all of the vaults/handholes and temporary construction access cannot be facilitated entirely from within the existing ROW. Site WA-S000000070 (asset # 313122) appears to be outside the ROW, located on Parks property. We request feedback from City staff on the steps needed to facilitate this attachment.
