Dec. 21, 2023: 9211 Remodel. Remodel and addition works will be performed to the existing house, which include:
1. Replace and re-frame the roof of existing house from a pitched roof to a shed roof. Install photovoltaic panels on the roof.
2. Expand the western envelope of the existing house by 2' beyond the existing building envelope. The expansion is cantilevered in the air and does not touch the ground. Refer to the drawings for the exact extent of the expansion.
3. Remodel the existing conditioned spaces, including replacing the drywalls, floor finishes, light fixtures, stairs, and elevator.
4. Remodel the kitchen and bathrooms.
5. Repair the roof top deck.
6. Repair the exterior walls, including installing new sidings wherever necessary and replacing the doors and windows.
7. Replace the entrance door canopy.
8. Convert the subbasement level into conditioned space. Partition the space into storage room, bathroom, and multi-functional room.
