Dec. 29, 2023: COBT South Downtown Bellevue Arterial Overlay. The project will be doing a grind and overlay at the following locations:
1. Main St from 100th Ave to 116th Ave
2. NE 2nd St from 108th Ave to 112th Ave
3. 110th Ave NE from Main St to NE 2nd St
4. 112th Ave NE from Main St to NE 2nd St

The project will evaluate sidewalk, curb, and gutter that are within the project limits and replace if necessary. Curb ramps within the project limits will also be evaluated and upgraded as ADA compliant curb ramps if necessary. Traffic signal induction loops will be removed during the grind process and replaced following the overlay operations. Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) pushbuttons will be installed at existing signalized intersections where the curb ramps are being updated to be ADA compliant.
