Jan. 17, 2024: Bellevue Children's Academy Daycare Satellite. BCA would like to add Educational Use (Kindergarten and 1st grade) to the existing building. Existing daycare will remain on ground level east end, Kindergarten classes (possibly 1st grade in future) will be located on ground level west end. Level 2 will house specialty kindergarten classes on the west end and admin. offices on east end. Basement level kitchen, cafeteria, exercise rm will support educational use. Open parking garage will remain as is. (Phasing note: Permit #23-109700 BY is currently in for review. Once it is approved BCA will provide the daycare on the entire ground floor level. In the future, once this ACU and associated change of use is approved, the building use will be revised to reflect this ACU permit.), 23 -09700 BY 23-123346 BW
