Feb. 12, 2024: Tam. Build a terraced wall system of 2 walls at 4' or less to gain extra, recreational space. The work has already begun and we were told to stop. Moving forward with the work would create a better, usable space, and would require less work and create a safer construction practice than attempting to restore. Walls will begin at 20' from the back of the house and extend the width of the property to retain the dirt. Walls & paver patio will be built to industry standards and be up to IRC standards.
