The development proposal includes two 40' max height, 4-story buildings, each with three levels of residential units over one level of parking. the north building would accommodate 15 dwelling units and the south building would accommodate 12 dwelling units. Site features would include vehicle access from the existing curb cut on 108th Ave NE; six at-grade parking spaces; driveways to access the basement parking; and driveway for storm pond maintenance vehicles.
