This lot is 29638 SF, zoning R-2.5. From existing Site Plan on record ( see attached), there is a good portion of buildable area in the north of the site. We would like to see if it is feasible to subdivide this lot into 2 or more lots.

Alternatively, There is also a small portion of buildable area in the middle of the lot, wondering if there is any mitigation could do, so we could build the new house in the middle of the lot, that way the driveway won't be so long.
