April 1, 2024: Kwok-Chau Short Plat. The project intent is to entitle a 7-9-lot short plat of 6,000 to 7,500 square foot lots. The existing single-family residences and any other structures on-site will be removed as a result. All lots are planned to gain access directly from the new private road off of Lake Washington Blvd. SE. There are utilities serving the future residences that will be in the private road.
The applicant is proposing this orientation of new lots to preserve the existing trees and natural vegetation mostly towards the central and easterly portion of the property. The proposal anticipates meeting the requirements of the landscaping and tree retention requirements.
