April 3, 2024: Axtman DADU. A new lakeside DADU is to be constructed at 2227 Evergreen Point Rd. Parcel #920890-0024.
The DADU will need to connect to an existing lake line sewer connection stemming from the parcel to the south #920890-0030. The connection ideally could be made via an easement # 8911130977 & 8911130978, which is a utility easement. 2227 and 2229 Evergreen point Rd are owned by the same person and it is believed the parcels were once combined.
