April 3, 2024: Cougar Mountain Development - S. Alexander. The applicant would like to devleop the three parcels that are immediately outside the current City Limits. An Agreement Regarding the Annexation of Real Estate was recorded on 3/28/23.The applicant would like to explore the potential for annexation into the City of Bellevue under a zoning designation of R-2.5. If annexed, the project would prepare a Preliminary Plat and propose a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed project consists of 18 lots with single-family detached houses. A total of 18 lots are allowable as the maximum density based on the zoning calculations described below. A public road with access from SE Cougar Mountain Drive would be constructed to provide access to all 18 lots. The site plan shows the proposed layout, depicting the roadway, critical areas tract and open space tract for usable recreation space and amenities.
