April 19, 2024: Overlake Farms BLA. The purpose of this Boundary Line Adjustment is to "square off" existing parcel 1525059247 by shifting the boundary of adjacent parcel 1525059269 south. The -9247 parcel ended up with a panhandle on its eastern edge due to a court-ordered property division. Ownership is consistent across the two parcels and the panhandle is not necessary for access to 140th Ave NE. Resulting lots are proposed to be 8.7 acres and 21.31 acres respectively, much greater than the minimum 35,000 sf lot size in the existing R-1 zone. There is no development on the parcels currently, and this BLA is not connected with any development proposal., 1525059247
